Before the season, you pick the OVER or UNDER for regular season wins for every NFL team. Each win has their own specific Over/Under win total.
Ex. 1: Seattle's over/under is 10.5, while Miami's is 3.5.
Ex. 2: Seattle's O/U is 10.5: If you think they'll win 11 or more games, you pick the OVER. If you think they'll win 10 or fewer games, you pick the UNDER. Repeat for all 32 teams.
Through the first 12 weeks of the season, you have the option of making ONE "swap" per week.
A "swap" changes your preseason pick from OVER to UNDER or from UNDER to OVER.
Each correct "swapped" pick will only be worth 1 point, while correct preseason picks will be worth 2 points. So you lose 1 point when you swap your pick (see scoring below).
You never have to make a swap, but you only get ONE swap per week with NO carryovers. And once you swap a team's pick, that pick is locked in for the rest of the season -- You may not swap it again.
Swaps are due by Sunday's early kickoff (or before Thursday night / London game kickoff if you're swapping one of those teams) and can be made right here on the website.

You will select your 5 most confident picks in order -- #1 is your MOST confident pick. (i.e. 1. Chiefs over, 2. Redskins under, 3. Oilers under, 4. Argonauts over, 5. Broncos under).
Rule change in 2026
If a tie occurs, the tiebreaker will go to who gets their most tiebreaker picks correct. If two people have the same number, it will go in order of confidence (Player A gets his #1 pick correct and Player B gets his #1 pick incorrect, Player A wins). Note: SWAPS do not apply to the tiebreaker.
